Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is comprised of both community members and selected members of the Leadership Group. It is the responsibility of the Board to oversee the general operations of the agency. Our Board is connected and committed to the mission of this agency.

Leadership Group
The Leadership Group is comprised of Program (Unit) Directors/Coordinators and the Agency Director. The Leadership Group is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations regarding policy and the general direction of the Agency.

Support Group
The Support Group is a group developed to provide support for all of Youth and Family in all its business, personnel and programming areas. The groups responsibilities include:

• Overseeing support in the overall management of the Agency
• Overseeing the administrative functions of the Agency
• Coordinate between units
• Maintenance of program and business records
• Advertising and promotion
• Operation of offices
